Events: Customer Experience & Design

October 25, 2008 1:30 pm
Main Classroom, Centre for Digital Media, Great Northern Way Campus, 577 Great Northern Way, Vancouver

‘Create a good customer experience’ – a simple rule that has yielded tremendous business results for brands like Google, Apple, and others. Easy to talk about (which we will do in this session), hard to do (which is our job in real life). We’ll share the basics, the wildly disparate applications thereof, and introduce some of the evolutionary pressures that are shaping the way we’ll think about this in the not-too-distant future.
Saturday, October 25, 1:30pm - 4:30pm
Oonie Chase and Michael Smit, Blast Radius http://www.blastradius.com
